Exercises for Adults

Conflict as a Crisis in Human Interaction - Conflict is about the way people interact with each other, not simply a problem to be solved. This exercise focuses awareness on the quality of human interaction during a conflict.

Facing Conflict - a series of exercises that can be done over a series of meetings or in a 1 1/2 hour workshop. The three activities cover: how people define conflict, conflict styles and recognizing individual challenges and strategizing what would help in meeting those challenges.
